Born in Tripoli in 1969, Almokhtar Elbousafi began his journalistic work in 2001 for various newspapers and news agencies, including 'Oya,' where he presided over several sections between 2007 and 2011 and oversaw its website. In 2011 he served as editor of the local newspaper 'Morning' and is currently editor of 'Reporters / Libya.'
