Islam Radwan was born in Asyut in 1985. He studied journalism at Asyut University and has worked in the media field since 2004. He joined 'El-Badil' newspaper shortly after it was founded in 2007 and worked there until it closed down in 2009. He is currently a correspondent for 'Al-Ahram' newspaper's web blog.
