Ishtar Mohammed ...Jamila Abdel Rahman was born in Benghazi in 1985. She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and has worked as an editor and news reporter for the news agency 'Solidarity'. She is currently working at Kmadh News Radio Lighthouse.
