Anwar is a political cartoonist collaborating with the newspaper “Al Masry Al Youm”. Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the Cairo University, he started publishing his works on the newspaper “Badil”, and on many other newspapers and magazines in Egypt and in Arabic language.Anwar coordinated the editorial work for the publication "Sabaaneh" that combined a variety of formats as a result of workshops with artists and journalists.
